Health & Wellness

Sure our focus is on nurturing students’ minds, but we know it is just as important to preserve their physical health and wellness.

The Student Health Center, located on campus, is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for free health care. The Health Center provides out-patient care, reproductive health care and laboratory tests. There is also a self-care center for routine colds and flu, vision and blood pressure screening and allergy injections.

All full-time undergraduate and graduate students are eligible for unlimited visits to the Health Center. It is located in Hamlin-Powers residence halls, which are at the bottom of the hill campus facing Clarkson Avenue. Office visits are by appointment. Please call 315-268-6633.

The Counseling Center, also located on campus, is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Individual counseling sessions and group workshops for personal and academic adjustment problems are available. The counselor-student relationship provides a unique and confidential opportunity to explore important issues and identify resources that will lead to personal growth.

The Counseling Center is located on the second floor of Price Hall, Ormsby door entrance, or call the office at 315-268-2327 to make an appointment.
