If you see a crime occur on campus and would like to report it, please fill out the form below. Since Campus Safety & Security cannot be everywhere at once, your input and support is very important. All information will be kept confidential.

If you wish to give a tip by phone or it is the weekend, please call 268-6666 (x6666). Any information given over the phone will also remain confidential and your name will not be taken or given out.
