Degrees Offered
The principal graduate degree offered by the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering is the Ph.D. degree. The Department also offers three additional degree programs. The Master of Science degree in chemical engineering is a research-based program that centers on the development and defense of a master's thesis. The Master of Engineering degree in chemical engineering is a project-based program. Also availible is a program of study that combines a Master of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. Departmental and Coulter School of Engineering requirements for each of these degrees are outlined in the Graduate Handbook.
