PubMed Central - A digital repository maintained by the National Institutes of Health of full text articles in the life sciences which are available for free either immediately or on a delayed basis.
SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online) - "conceived to meet the scientific communication needs of developing countries, particularly Latin America and the Caribbean countries... Journals must carry out a peer review process for analysis and approval of submitted contributions."
